In partnership with Wellcome Trust, CoLab International organized, facilitated, interpreted and documented nine online Global Conversations involving diverse health stakeholders and affected communities worldwide. 

Specializing in participatory process design, CoLab facilitated discussions from June to September 2023, aiming to validate Wellcome’s discussion paper and devise strategies to reform the infectious disease research and development (R&D) ecosystem globally. 

This independent report serves as an unbiased and comprehensive record, showcasing discussions and reform ideas, acknowledging the collective efforts of participants, irrespective of alignment with Wellcome’s final vision for the infectious disease R&D ecosystem.
