During may 2020, José Barco from CoLab accompanied us, the circle of Glocalminds partners in a collective sensemaking process, using the Flow Game. That process allowed us to explore necessary questions, to hold meaningful conversations and get new shared clarities, in a moment of high uncertainty like the early weeks of the pandemic. CoLab's careful accompaniment and specifically, José's facilitation style as a host, generated a safe space where we were able to open and hold both inspiring and challenging conversations, while strengthening our bonds within the team. It was a wonderful experience, I learn something special from everyone one in the CoLab. The learning tools have been very useful in my work and personal life.

Online training that was excellently delivered as a way to demonstrate excellence in online facilitation. Useful, practical, thought provoking - all underlined with consideration for appreciating and working with power differentials. Highly recommended for local authorities, for whom participation and co-production can often be an aspiration rather than a reality. Co Lab provided tools and principles to help make it happen.

The profile of the facilitators was very successful, they empathized and sympathized with the topic and they know how to work with the third sector or sector of NGOs (at times they became participants). The activities were very interesting because they helped us reach all the conclusions. Working with them was a very positive experience because there was very good communication, understanding when designing the workshop and having fluid conversations, one on one, and as a team.

Community CoLab supported the design and facilitation of a series of engagement events to support the review to learn from individuals with lived experience of social care. Jose and his team were a pleasure to work with.

Jose helped to facilitate my organization's design workshop in a completely novel and inspiring way. He worked with people from different backgrounds and cultures to help ensure we were motivated, engaged, and focused on the task at hand, while incorporating enough activities to make sure we didn't get burned out. We accomplished everything we set out to do, in no small part thanks to Jose's support, and I'd recommend him to anybody!

Our online course with José and team was inspiring and life changing. We enjoyed getting to know each other better (within out team) and in a very different level. It was also nice to have specific strategies to include in our daily lives and apply what we learned.
